What are your trading hours?

Safezone Locksmiths runs a prompt Central Coast 24 hour locksmith service 7 days a week. However, there are times that when I’m not available, for example if I am fully booked, on holidays or just having time off with the family.

How long does it take you to get to an urgent job?

It depends, but if you have searched for a Locksmith Near Me and you have called Safezone, chances are I am usually around 30 minutes away. Safezone locksmiths has one the quickest response times on the Central Coast. Usually when you give me a call, I can give an close estimate time of arrival.

Do you always answer your phone?

It not always possible to answer the phone, so please leave a message or send a text as your call is important. If for some reason I haven’t returned your call promptly and the job is urgent, please feel free to call another locksmith. I understand the frustration of waiting for a urgent return call.

How much locksmith experience do you have?

I’ve been a locksmith for over 25 years which has led me to be an expert in many fields of locksmithing, including safes, automotive and door repairs. Many years of dealing with cars, motorbikes, safes and all types of doors and locks has paid off and now it shows through my workmanship and customer service.

What are you rates? 

I wouldn’t like to disclose my prices to my competitors but I am competitive and it shows through the comments on my google reviews. I consistently receive 5 star reviews and comments about fair pricing.

Are you the cheapest locksmith on the Central Coast?

No I don’t think so. My business is based around my knowledge and skill set, and 100% customer satisfaction. I often go out of my way to make sure every job is the best it can be. My business is built on reputation of being a professional and reliable locksmith and not based on price to generate business.

Do you charge extra for after-hours and public holidays?

Yes I do.

Do you provide a warranty for locks and workmanship?

I certainly do! Safezone Locksmiths provides a 1 year warranty on parts and workmanship. Even after the warranty has expired, I may consider extending a warranty if I feel the product hasn’t met my own standards, which is pretty high. This is because I only use quality products, therefore we expect the product to last many years after the warranty has expired.

Do you accept Credit or Debit Cards?

Yes, I  carry a mobile payment system that accepts credit and debit cards. However the device does not accept EFTPOS cards at this point in time.

Do you issue invoices? 

Only to existing clients who use me on a regular basis, otherwise you will be asked to pay on completion of the job. If you are given an invoice, then payment will be due within 7 days of issue.
